Kate Gould has devoted her career to chamber music, primarily as a founder member of the Leopold String Trio and London Bridge Ensemble. In addition, she is a member of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe and is often invited to play as guest-principal cellist of the UK’s leading orchestras, such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra and Northern Sinfonia. She appears regularly at Wigmore Hall, can often be heard on BBC Radio 3 and has recorded extensively for Hyperion Records.
